The first month (especially the first week) is definitely a tough spot. Just vape away the cravings - it will level out

Been almost a year and I don't think I have settled down much. But you will know if you over to much nic. You will feel sick. So if you are still feeling ok.........I'd vape on like a madman. Hope your week gets better though.

I've been vaping for a little over 3 months and I can't put mine down! My mom calls mine my pacifier lol and my ex said I was vaping myself ......ed! I guess I just have the hand mouth fetish I just cant break just yet...who knows but like Rat2chat2 siad its almost been a year for them and in almost a year I bet I will still be vaping like a mad-lady
I will let you know in a year! but also like they said as long as you're not getting nic sick then your fine.
Congratulations! Those first days/weeks can be tough. I've been smoke-free for over a year, and I still chain vape when I can. Whatever keeps you off the smokes!

I have reduced my nic level 3 times so I can vape like crazy all day! I love it!!
I hate to bust your bubble but it might not settle down! If I am at home I vape all the time...now when I am out and about I don't really think about it. For me the cravings are really gone. But I still LOVE it!
Some days are harder than others but manageable. I don't think there's a time frame for cravings to completely stop.
Considering vaping is the safer alternative I say vape on & don't stress about how much you're vaping!

Congrats! Vape away my friend! Over a year in & I still tend to chain vape unless I'm at work or some other place where I can't as much. The good news is that you haven't picked up a cig Vape away til your hearts content & your nerves are calmed

I know many of us chain vape cause the flavor is so good; not because we're having a craving.

Rough week, vaping like crazy today. Is this normal? Not really worried as it's going okay, just wondering. I figure another week to get settled down.
