Dead Rabbit SUPER LOOSE barrel...!?

Just received and unboxed my (authentic) Dead Rabbit. Immediately I'm noticing that the barrel is exceptionally loose on the build deck. Seriously, this might be the loosest I've EVER seen for a barrel-to-deck friction. It is virtually impossible to remove the top cap without intentionally holding the barrel in place.

Anyone ever hear of this issue? Googling didn't find me much. In fact I found more people complaining about how TIGHT theirs is (!?)

Perhaps someone who has had this issue and fixed it with aftermarket o-rings can make a suggestion?

Did you try swapping out the O rings with the extra ones that come in the box? If the top cap is snug I would doubt that the barrel is machined wrong. If the O rings are loose on the build deck perhaps it was machined a little too much. Just a guess but I would say its more likely it just came with bad O rings (too thin).

Replaced o-rings with ones from the bag. Snug enough now. Problem solved! These other ones are going in the bin!

Nature of mass produced stuff. Manufacturing tolerances on the O rings left something to be desired.
