Someone will be eliminating the stupid regs. And looking into what the fed agencies and more are wasting tax dollars on stupid things.

I thought the fda pulled their deeming regulations out to rework it. So have their ecig regulations passed thru congress yet? If it hasn't, then it won't be any time soon.
