So, i am in the process of purchasing everything to make my first DIY project; a dna 200 box mod. I feel that this might be a little much for my first DIY project but I make a living building computers. So, naturally, I'm going to go for it.
But here is the question of the day. Wood or Aluminum case. I have the ability to mill either, with high precision. I would like to make a wooden box mod because of the uniqueness of it, but I'm worried about cutting away too much and having the wood break. Aluminum would be better because of its strength and its availability to me, but that seems so hum-drum and plain.

Thoughts?
