Do you want grammar corrections? I don't want to sound critical, but if you do want suggestions, here goes:

Diyflavorshack is Not a smoke free enviorment, some of my help smoke and I just cannot ask them not to as I hated that when i was a smoker. My help is very good the team i have put together is making it easier fo rme to get the orders out in 2 days, so i ask you to please understand

enviroment is spelled wrong - should be environment
fo rme probably should be for me so i ask probably should be capital I

The run-on sentence might read better with a period then a new sentence such as:

Diyflavorshack is Not a smoke-free environment. Some of my help still smoke cigarettes. I cannot ask them not to smoke as I hated that when I was a smoker. My helpers are very good. The team I have put together is making it easier for me to get the orders out in 2 days, so I ask you to please understand! Thank you.
