Can you build a coil with titanium and SS? Or is titanium just for TC? I don't mess with TC cause I don't know how to do it unless someone would like to teach me a thing or two. Thanks whoever replies

Well what I'm asking is if I can intertwine the 2 materials together in one coil. can you for bothe TC and power or just TC?
No. Used it a lot even in mech mods with no problems at all.
Nice effect: Heats up fast and then the power goes down a bit...due to rising resistance.
Edit: I don't think, SS and Ti together would work with TC!

You need to be careful not to overheat titanium. Why do you want to mix ss and titanium?

Don't use Titanium without Temp control it can become poisonous real fast, i think once the stuff starts changing colour.
If it go's grey/white its bad for you, i don't use it anymore.

Ok for me in TC: 240°C-260°C are well. Thats much. Some people like it lower. Find out for Yourself.

I already bought it so I'll try it I guess joergl100 you said 240-260 is that low I think the G-priv goes to 600 I'm very new to TC and don't know jack
A lot of people use kanthal as a core and nichrome 80 or stainless steel as a wrap usually for Claptons, this can be used in power mode. not to big into tc but I think each wire has its own temperature coefficient so you don't really want to mix it.

Titanium is definitely not toxic at all! Overheat? How should anyone do that? It's melting point is 1668° Celsius ==> 3034,4° Fahrenheit!
The "white coating" is titanium dioxide...which isn't toxic also! It is even a permitted food additive (E 171); You can find it in chewing gum, toothpaste, cough drops...and in many other products!
