Dual 18650 DNA mods USB charging

Anyone just charging their dual 18650 dna devices via the USB port? Is the on board balanced 1A charging regulated by the evolve chip or does each manufacturer have their own?

At first I did, when I had only one pair. Now that I have two pairs, I charge them in an external charger.
I assumed that the information by Evolv is applicable, suggesting that internal charging is regulated by the DNA board. On the other hand, the manual might imply the presence of an internal LiPo battery for full 200W power. I guess only the manufacturer can tell exactly how the batteries are charged internally. Hcigar is not clear about this.

Quick Q, when setting up a dual 18650 battery do I use a 3.7V or 3.6V per cell nominal voltage? Assuming I'm swapping between Samsung 30Q and LG HG2s

The charging circuitry is part of the DNA 200 board. The nominal voltage for a two-battery device is 7.4v. However, you're better off using the battery analyser or simply input a value that is slightly lower than the calculated Wh.
