E-cigarette forum email, click on READ MORE get redirected to another site

I received an email today from e-cigarette forum about Flavor ban in San Fran.. I thought it was a thread here on this site cause when I hovered over it it showed "http://e-cigarette-forum.us6.list-m...313cd9ec9278131b69&id=aaba1eac3e&e=19c95f5f3f". When I clicked on it it went to that site then was redirected to another site.

I do not like being redirected so how can it be stoped or how can I stop getting this type of email?

vaping.com is a "sister" site of ECF.
not sure how to stop it tho.

I had that site email happen all the time, annoying.

It eventually stopped as I kept flagging it as "spam"

Considering you get the email because you ASKED to receive it, I find it somewhat humorous when people start complaining about receiving it and then being redirected to the blogs on vaping.com.

If you don't want to receive email from ECF, go to your profile and change the settings. But complaining about being redirected to our sister site which contains Oliver's blogs is beyond low.

Nothing peeves an administrator off more than having users whine about receiving emails they ask for, and then flag it as spam.
