I am trying to copy a recipe and the person is using all their concentrates from TPA do you think it will make much difference of I use concentrates from a different supplier?

Thanks shirtbloke I'll give the link a look and see how I get on with trying to come castle long, still new to this game.... The recipe I have they use 100 ml nicotine bit I only have 72ml nic would it still work OK?

Yes that's OK, the initial strength of the nicotine has to be diluted with PG and/or VG, so just be careful to get it to the strength you want before adding flavours.

So I just add more pg or vg to equal the final strength (in this case 3 %) the recipe has.

Yes - you might find an ejuice calculator helpful to make sure you get the dilutions right. This is a good one......

In this recipe they use 2.5ml or 36 ml nic, if I use my 72 ml I would put in 1.25ml correct? But then my final amount would be 1.25 ml short do I just add am extra 1.25 ml of pg or vg? Would that not change the flavour of the mix? The total they make is 30 ml..sorry for some many questions I just want to get it right.. Thanks again

My mental arithmetic isn't good enough for it, that's why I'd recommend the ejuice calculator - it looks complicated at first but when you get used to it you can work out any strengths in any quantity. I'd also counsel against making up 30ml to start with - you could end up with a big bottle of unvapable juice if your recipe goes wrong. Start with 10ml or even 5 for experiments and you won't waste so much - and it won't cost so much either.

Thanks again shirt bloke, one last question of the recipe is 30 ml and I divide all the ingredients by a third, do you think it will alter the flavour?

Should come out to be the same if you do that. Good luck - you'll soon be making delicious juice for a tenth the cost of shop bought juices.

You said in one of your replies where you buy your concentrates from, if possible do you have any recipes you could share with me to get a nice tasting e juice similar to castle long as the recipe I have to get the castle long clone only uses tpa kentucky bourbon which I can't get in the UK.Thanks again in advance.
