I am writing this post to vent some of my anger at e-liquid Web shop CN.
I just recieved an E-Mail from one of there coustomer service reps threatening legal action if I where to post details of the poor service I have recieved from them.
I purchased 6 KR808D-1 PCC kits and 6 Regular KR808D-1 kits along with 60 empty cartomizers. The aformentioned company sent me 6 KR808G PCC kits, KR808G regular kits and 60 KR808G Cartomizers. I have been trying to get this stuff replaced for almost 2 months and haven't heard from them since 04/30/10.
I don't understand the poor customer service and I truly don't understand the threats of legal action if I tell my fellow vapors not to buy from them.
Am I missing something here? Why would you threaten someone for telling the truth?
Please help me understand.
