Suggested by whom? They're all fine, with some brands being better than others. I personally (and many others) prefer the AW IMR batts, which are high-drain but lower mah. More current, or so the theory goes...
The IMR gives power more consistantly than a li-ion,but the black AW 18650,2600mah is dang near identical and lasts longer
The difference is not as noticeable on a big battery(18650)but is an improvement on smaller batts.(14500)
They all work, but AW is widely viewed as the best. IMR batts are usually recommended by variable voltage mfgrs due their consistent and reliable current output.
