E2 v4 cartos with no primer fluid, where??

Anyone know where to find um? XL or regular.

It seems on one of the few hundred pages on the e2 discussion thread there was something about XLs with no primer fluid but i'm kinda buzy and can't give up my whole weekend sorting through that thread.

Its hit or miss, their QC is terrible. The batch I got from COV yesterday had 2 out of 5 that were soaking wet with something.
The other 3 in the same blister pack were dry.

I do a vodka soak and steam clean them even when they are new. And don't forget a long dry burn with them too.

I figured.
The last order from COV on mine had primer... just wasn't sure if there was a for sure everytime source.

I just pull all the pastic caps out of the inside, boil, steam the cup, dry over night, then dry burn. That works every time.

Ditto. I've opened up 4 of the 10 xl's that I ordered from cov. 1 of the 4 I've opened so far was wet with some unidentified liquid. Trust the Chinese - the same folks that have brought us all manner of contaminated products in the recent past. But since our own manufacturing base has been gutted who else can we trust anymore? The whole situation is ripe for the FDA nazis to slam the door shut on the current e-cig market in the US. in light of shady manufacturers shipping product of highly questionable integrity.
