the 4 batteries are not working within 3 weeks
just when i started to like dripping some very good e juice!!!!
as a warning their service response & general products appear realy bad quality

i wish i knew!!!!I have never, I repeat, never, received a bad product from East Mall and I have been a loyal customer since October 2009. Countless orders later, still no bad products. I have ordered pretty much everything with the exception of the 901 line. Service has been outstanding and unapproachable. I have 4 Riva kits now and not a problem with any of them. I can't imagine what happened that made 4 batteries could go bad in 3 weeks. Weird to say the least...

4 days & no reply from eastmall regarding my battery issue!
i bought 4 charges & i swapped them around but no resultPossibly charger problem? Or not making proper contact with the batteries. Bend prong (while unplugged) and see if that solves the problem.
