Well....to make 5 posts i make my presentation:
I´m Luis from Portugal, 53 years old and vaping for one and half year and i love it.
Not only vape as also all the things around...like new mods...tanks...etc.
Im my contry the governement has charged e-liquids with nicotine in 0,60 euros /ml...witch give in a 30ml bottle of liquid 18,00 euros only for taxes .
Most of the shopps here just sell now e-liquid with 0% nicotine, soo we buy in Spain or other european countrys, until we can...but the scenario is not good.

There's ways to control spam that would not require locking new people down to some newbie area for 5 posts.

There are, but if it ain't broke, why fix it? It's really not difficult to reply 5 times, over 200,000 people have done it so far.
