So all you lose by getting the .5 coil is the pleasure of starting out with the 1.0 already on there. If, like me, you're not crazy about the .5 vape, simply rebuild it out of the box and go about your business. It really is a great rba.hey cool ! (bet you like it)

Yes, all interchangeable.
As a cheap, lazy recoiler, this tank is fantastic! You can milk those 1.0 coils for a very long time by simply rewicking them
with your preference of material. I view this tank as a Protank II on steroids.
Oh my goodness.. So happy I found this thread finally. Long time CLR lover. I purchased 3 Mega one (tank only) last year and they are my favorite tanks. I was very sad when I could no longer find them. I ended up buying 2 Tron S for the "after deeming stockpile." I just ordered 2 vtwo mini kits with cubis tanks for family I am trying to convert. I know those tanks are going to be crap. So I might as well just place an order for 5 of these V2 before they disappear.
Well, got the Ego one mega v2. And some of the CLR coils dont seem to work on it. They will work on the normal and some of the CLR coils I have will work on the V2. But some just dont.

I'm a confirmed 10W-11W MTL Tootle Puffer...
a couple months ago I bought:
A Cubis PRO and a 5-pack of BF Clapton-1.5ohm heads...and...
An eGo ONE Mega V2 Tank and a 5-pack of CLR coils-1.0Ω heads...
I put both in my Rotation and used them through multiple tankfulls...
Yesterday...getting a little more serious about FDA Dooming backups...
I ordered a couple more eGo ONE Mega V2 Tanks (and NO more Cubis PRO's)...

•kanthal 28g 5-6 times around 2.5mm appx 1.0Ω
•SS 28g 7 times around 3.0mm appx .75Ω
hmmmmmmmmm, all the ones I've used have worked
not like I went thru several, just grab one here-n-there and fit just fine...
only thing that comes to mind : is your gear REAL ?????

like to make a choice and stick with it so to know it well and get most from it
so I am stocked up well on them...
the "bottom feed" coils that are takin the market over At This Time might be OK,
but not for me - hear many report of excess 'gurgling' from them
keep lookin and buyin as needed
