I have looked around, but most people either can't get the filling part off or the base off the battery.

I have both of them stuck now. I tried the thing with the rubber bands, the heating, freezing and lever thing, and non of them worked.

I still haven't tried pliers or kitchen gloves (I don't have either), Which one do you use?

Use vice grips, gently. You may want to wrap the unit in a cloth of some kind, to try avoiding gnarling damage. You'll need two pair and go more gently on the tank with the grips. Used this method to get ARO tanks over tightened off eGo batteries. Not saying you won't damage. If you're careful, you may not damage. Then, if you get them separated, be more gentle in attaching them. Finger snug them, then maybe only a half turn more. HTH.
