Libel... what about the Riva batt/PCB statements from owner of other subforum appearing prominently there. It's been stated that there appears to be no proof of those things, and no way it could have even been examined at this point. Of any claims that might be made around all this, I've been quite surprised that that one in particular is even permitted to be there...

We've about drivien this thing into the ground.
I read a statement someone said something to the effect of " none of us here know the details " , I will say this, I do know the details, all of them.
David said his peace, so either you understand what the other person is trying to do to eastmall, or you do not.
Making allegations of intellectual property is redicuous, please sell this somewhere else other then the eastmall forum. Any further posts in that fashion will not be expected to stay .

Thank you for this post, for the PCB , first, WE state that 100% it is safe, Eastmall never sell any unprotected battery . Second,the main function for PCB is to have protection, if not, why should we use. Third, to see the realy PCB program inside, it has to be at least 1 month even for the specialist. I do not know how they could know our PCB is unsafe since our Riva is out within 2 weeks, and they never have our Riva.This is the last excuse they could use to attacked us,because all other excuse could be turned out to be faulse when the products arrives in customers and Reviewers hands. THEY KNOW WHO OUR ENGINEER IS! I will not argue with this, products will prove itself.
I am more than willing to provide evidence for the PCB if needed,
If any one who is an expert on PCB, and who has their products in hands, I am more than happy to send him our Riva, for him to Check the PCB, he will find out the real truth. Please contact me if there is such a person here. thank you

Eastmall is one awesome supplier, ever since I started purchasing from them I knew, I just knew you guys were going to be the leader the way the owner David runs this business especially as he use to sign off on my orders before they left and giving me free samples in my package, their pricing, marketing, and business plan seemed to be right on. If anyone deserves grabbing the best e-cig engineer in the business from a company that wouldnt take care of him and pay the guy what he is truly worth than they deserve to lose this employee and Eastmall deserves to retain this kind of individual. I truly believe that this company Eastmall will reach their business plan with this man David Yang at the helm. They will also become the ultimate leader in the e-cig industry in 2010 and will stay there the way David Yang plans. Congrats to you David and all the Eastmall employees for their dedication and hard work, you all deserve to reap the rewards and be our top manufacturer and supplier in the coming year. I see major growth for your company, I only wish one thing, I COULD BE A PART OF IT.!!!!

I think it's really funny I try to compliment David Yang for his running Eastmall, his way and style, which I like and his business plan as well and what a good job I think he's done and doing, and someone from a totally different Company chimes in and ask me if Im kidding or crazy, I absolutely without a doubt would be very embarrassed to ever do something like that and Mik I have to say I think your wrong to have done what you did and said by chiming in on my complements to David yang, it had nothing to really do about one specific product it was all about the great job in my eyes that David had done with his company, and second if I was a designer at another firm I personally would have kept quiet just want to outperform my competition, in fact I would want to blow them away and not even would be wasting my time on their thread or care one bit about them accept only how far underneath me they were because I was blowing their socks off with my numbers and ideas and business plan. I'm going to follow up and conclude with this, I have never met this man David Yang nor have I ever even spoken to him and again I think David Yang is in a very good position with his group, surrounding himself with great people and has a good business plan and David and Eastmall will be a leading manufacturer and Retail/Wholesale leader in the E-cig industry in 2010 and in the future. This is only my theory and these are only my personal opinions only.
