I need a help from you good GG people.

I would like to assemble Esterigon and parts that I have are:

Esterigon 18350 Tube
Esterigon Venting Cap
Esterigon Button Case
Esterigon AD Ring
Esterigon O-Rings

What else do I need? I was looking spare parts for Esterigon section in store and on Imeos spare parts list but that doesn't help a lot. It seems there are so much parts that I am not sure if I need all of them or there are some variations depending what you want to assemble.

Of course that I don't mean different size tubes or same parts in different colour/material, but still there's really a lot of parts.

So I would really appreciate if someone could write what do I need beside parts I already have to assemble working Esterigon.

You can use this page where all spare parts are to write down what should I buy:

Thank you.

I am sitting with my spare and taking it to bits as I list this to double check I don't miss anything.

The bottom cap is:
Locking cap,
venting cap,
negative battery insulator
and a small, fat o-ring. (my spare was marked/bagged separately.)

Battery tube of choice.

Button case assembly consists of 4 sub-assemblies.

The positive contact from the battery:
Esterigon Battery Moving Pin,
Proteus Battery-Atomizer Spring (exists 2 times on Esterigon),
Esterigon - Proteus Moving Pin Case (exists 2 times on Esterigon),
Esterigon Battery Center Post,
Esterigon Steady Pin Insulator
And two o rings

The button:
Esterigon Button Head
Esterigon Button Pin
Esterigon Button Spring
Esterigon Button Insulator
and a tiny little o ring

The top cap: Ad or non AD
AD: Esterigon Ad Ring

The top cap positive contacts:
Esterigon Atomizer Moving Pin Insulator
Esterigon - Proteus Atomizer Center Post
Esterigon Atomizer Moving Pin
Esterigon - Proteus Moving Pin Case (exists 2 times on Esterigon)
Proteus Battery-Atomizer Spring (exists 2 times on Esterigon)
Esterigon - Proteus Atomizer Insulator
and two o rings

Cheers

After almost two years of daily use, the only part that has shown any wear that would impede operation, is the tiny, button o-ring. As it wears, the button becomes easier and easier to remove.

I suggest ordering a few extra o ring kits, a few extra springs (both types) and a back up for each of the plastic disk insulators, just in case.

Cheers
