Does it matter what size I choose for the ethyl maltol and sucralose crystals? also how are they packaged when shipped?

The size is up to you, but the EM comes in a 10 or 30ml bottle the sucralose comes in a mini ziplock bag.
I would suggest if you have no experience with either to buy them premixed. The EM can be bought as TPA cotton candy and well HDV sells the sucralose in a liquid as well.
