Placed an order a week ago and still have no heard anything about it, no shipping notification and nothing received yet.. and no reply to my emails?

This is very unusual. A coworker who also uses Valley Vapor told me his service has been pretty slow lately too. Hope everything is ok over there!

Can you send me an email? All caught up now, but we have had some rather serious problems the past couple months. Started with a virus that wiped our systems and just got worse from there. Been working overtime to get things back into shape and I think we're there.

Sent out an email a couple days ago announcing a sale and that gives a little explanation of the chaos the last couple months.
