So I've used the evic vt for 3 days now.

All I can say is this thing has been awesome. This (and the invader mini) are my first temp. control devices, and I don't see myself going back. I've already PIF'd some stuff, my better mods are now basically emergency back ups
The finish is superb. For the price point, it feels and looks like a more expensive mod. It's heavy, which some may not like, but I do, to me it adds to the quality feel.
The vape is smooth, thanks to a dc-dc switch, it feels as smooth as my mech, even at higher wattage.
Battery life is great. Chain vaping all day, the lowest the battery has gotten is half, and output remains steady, no noticed lag. Menu is easy to operate. I wasn't sure about the toggle at first, but it's really intuitive. Screen layout is nicer then any regulated mod I have other then the variant...easy to read and very techy looking.
All in all, I would recommend this mod, especially to anyone looking to try temp control for the first time.

Sounds fantastic I might have to pick one up myself. I have been curious about temp controls.

Temp control rocks. The only time I'm not vaping on my SX Mini M class is if I need a tiny pocket mod. Then I use my 1100 mah Ego One with a Subtank Nano or my 20w iStick Mini with a GS Air MS. If portability isn't important, it's the Nano and nickel coils with the M class, all the time.
