It seems that there are some sellers who are selling authentics and the vast majority is selling fakes. Just keep an eye on the feedback and what it says on the listing. I ordered some HE4 and 25r from this seller "genuinecells" and they're original and new.

OPEN a Complaint with Ebay
They will NOT abide Counterfeit Sales of any Kind if reported and substantiated.(pics) You can get a full refund - forced by Ebay - and may not have to Return the product.
Long standing Ebay buyer/seller - I recently went through the process for (2) Counterfeit Samsung 32gb Memory Cards and was fully refunded, kept cards and reformatted to true 8gb.
The (2) fakes are even different
