The Problem with fasttech gift cert refunds is this for.

I have one setting in the account and it can not be used or applied. The fasttech account login uses a different email address than the paypal main email. Fasttech system won't allow the use of the refund cert because of that.

Do you mean that your fastTech account email address is different from your Paypal email address? But this would not affect the Gift certificate in your account. You can PM me by giving me your personal information so that I can help you.
