Pretty sure Westhc was asking why FT would announce a 20% off sale and then insult their customers by dropping it to 15%.

Agreed. Especially as customers here and on other vape forums typically stay on top of freshly posted deals and specials then share them.

Since they said it originally and it was released to the public, I think it should have to be honored if someone knows about the first offered deal.
