Really? My two recent orders (45 cents extra shipping because they were under $20), got here (CA) in 8 days.

I've had great shipping like that from them too. My last 3 orders have just taken more than 3 weeks to get even with paying extra for the faster shipping. The faster shipping charges was $2+

Ouch... Were all the items in stock? Sometimes they have to wait to restock. I always check availability--but you of course know that, so, yeah, sorry; 3-4 weeks is a very long time. I only waited so long for an order once--from Gearbest.

Pkg's can get stuck in USA customs. I had one there for 3wks. No notice. I figured it out after it arrived when USPS upated several days later.

Sorry to hear that. We were reported that there is some problems on our carrier's side which caused delay on some of the orders. Meanwhile, customs regulation become more and more strict which makes difficult to import for some E-cigarette items in some countries.
