Hi back @greenmachine17 I am not certain if we are allowed to post here, if not, moderators please move this response.

To answer your question, I personally have never tracked even 1 of my 100+ orders from FT!

There are so many variables involved! I only order things I can wait for and when the packages come, it's like a little game I play with myself, seeing if I remembered what I ordered!

There is a long thread on here "the Fasttech thread for all Fasttech posts" and the folks on there will be able to advise you more helpfully, I am sure. No need to read the thread, you can just jump right in with any questions you have.

I will say this though, in 4 years of using FT, if anything wasn't right, they addressed any issue I had promptly and courteously.

Always go for the e-Packet option for the fastest shipping time (usually 10 to 14 days). Highly recommended to opt for any shipping method that is NOT Singapore Post as it can take a couple of months. NL Post is usually available and only takes 3 to 4 weeks.
