FDA FDA bans 4 cigarette brands (via NSE), reports more tobacco products banned in August

FDA bans (i.e. issues NSE orders for) four Reynolds’ cigarette brands: Camel Crush Bold, Pall Mall Deep Set Filter, Pall Mall Deep Set Filter Menthol, and Vantage Tech 13 (that combined have <.4% of cigarette market share) for not meeting FDA’s SE demands (i.e. proving to FDA that products are SE to a product on the market February 15, 2007).
