I just sent my letters.
Thanks Vocalek for making it so simple!
Thanks Vocalek for making it so simple!
I too wrote my Congressman and both Senators thanks to Vocalek's excellent form letter. It really made the process sooooo much easier and to the point. Thanks Elaine!!
Everyone listen up!!
Please send your elected representatives a personalized copy of Vocalek's letter she has posted in this thread. This stepped up confiscation policy by the fDa needs to be stopped by any means necessary.
Thanks for posting the letter, Elaine!!
When you load the ECF home page, the very top of the page has a heading Boston e-cig users wanted for research with a link to janetda's post regarding Boston Vapers.
Who can do this for an FDA letter writing campaign?
I intend to write a letter to the judges that passed the ruling against the FDA, also. Just when I think I've seen everything, government just continues to amaze and disgust me.
We have seen nothing. I am simply thankful for the little time I have left to still pretend to be free.Just when I think I've seen everything, government just continues to amaze and disgust me.
Smart Brewlady! Much more effective.I intend to write a letter to the judges that passed the ruling against the FDA,
Issa's Early Effect - Lurita Doan - Townhall ConservativeCongressman Darrell Issa’s chairmanship of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has already had an effect on Democrats in the Obama Administration, even before Issa has hosted a congressional oversight hearing. The announcement of the resignation of Josh Sharfstein, the Deputy Commissioner at Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is likely just the first of many such resignations that will occur as Executive agency leaders in the Obama Administration realize that their misguided policies can’t stand up to public scrutiny.
In addition to writing letters to our representatives (imperative--and thanks, Elaine!), I'm wondering if it might be a good idea to contact Congressman Darrell Issa, the new chair of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
The FDA is on Issa's "hit list," and I've read at least a couple of articles by conservatives speculating that FDA's Josh Sharfstein (rabid nicotine prohibitionist and anti e-cig) resigned because he feared Issa:

Seems to me certainly worth a shot to contact him: Congressman Issa
In situations like this... I'm a big believer in the "Shotgun" method
of getting attention and results....
Pull back both hammers and pull both triggers at the same time.Contact everyone simultaneously expressing concerns regarding the outlaw FDA's actions
