Feeling of suffocation

I've been vaping for around 2 months now and recently started to feel heavyness in my chest, like suffocating. Why does it happen and how to stop it? I'm using m65 with first atlantis, 50/50 Avoria base and t juice flavourings. It usually Happens after 3-4 hits which I don't think is much. It started after I started lung hiting, maybe it's the cause.

Are the flavorings you are using custards? Heavy VG gives me a heavy chest, drowning feeling, but not 50/50...

Umm, I don't really understand what custard means, but I mostly use fruity flavours and flavours like energy drink or cola. All day today I was vaping a berry mix flavour still felt it.

What type of Hardware do you use?

And what type of Watts is normal for you?

I use smok m65 with atlantis v1 and vape in a range of 20-35w, mostly around 30w.

Maybe dialing back the watts a little would Help?

I think the OP is using 50:50 e-Liquids.

when did you start vaping at 30 watts and what milligram strength (mg) are you vaping.

A week ago, 3mg. Going back to 20w helped a little.
