Flavorart has been working with Fem2 Ambiente, an offshoot of The University of Milan, on their Clearstream project for a few years. Apparently their first batch of " approved " liquids will be hitting the market soon. It seems this only applies to their finished eliquid though and not the flavorings with which we are more familiar in the U.S.

I'm not sure if this is the type of testing the FDA will require if the deeming regs become effective, but it's interesting that an Italian company is doing this. The liquids have apparently been tested for toxicity, electric resistance and inflamation, and a score is given for each test !?
