Foggy head from vaping?

I've been vaping for a few years, now the past few months or so just about every time I vape my head gets foggy and just feels weird. I use low nic 3mg. Its weird after I exhale a few seconds later my heads foggy for a few minutes, doesn't happen any other time. I haven't been using any new juices or anything either. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks

Maybe try a different juice to see if it still happens?

Have you consistently always been using the same PG/VG ratio? Or has it changed in the last few months?

Has anything changed in the way you vape? It is possible the e-Liquid could be mislabeled and wrong nicotine content although only a slim possibility it is possible.

I've tried a bunch of different juices, made my own and bought many. It's the same thing. It just doesn't make sense that I never had a issue for 3 years and now no matter what I vape my head gets foggy.

Maybe I should have some blood work or something. I do have Sarcoidosis, which affects the immune system, I haven't had any issues with it for years though. I hope I can figure it out, cause I don't want to stop vaping.

Well I honestly think a visit to a Doctor for a professional medical evaluation is the right course of action. Instead of guessing and using the Internet as a diagnostician it is time to seek out a professional opinion.

I have to agree here as it could be any number of things and this is best diagnosed by a professional

I'd say I was the opposite, especially in the mornings it clears the fog for me, and I know where that fog comes from and it has nothing to do with vaping, at least not vaping ejuice.
