Is there anything in these e-mails that could be used to cry foul? You have the blatant agenda to ignore objective scientific research to promote their ideals. It kind of ignores that we voted for a ban on cigarettes based on the fact they had an objective impact on air quality, rather than addressing social norms. Someone said that preemption might render these "laws" illegal.
