Fve Pawns Shipping Woes

So I am on deployment and I ordered some liquids from five pawns a month ago. At the same time, I ordered liquids from Nicoticket. The first order that five pawns sent out got returned back to the supplier because they did not put the full address that I had submitted in my order. I immediately sent a complaint to the customer service email and was promtly told that they would fix it.
Well, that was three weeks ago and 2 more replacement orders have shipped and been returned to the supplier. The only fix is to have them ship the package to my wife who can efficiently fill out a mail slip and get me my order.
Nicoticket on the other hand got me my order fast and accurately, their flavors are beyond amazing by the way.
So if you are in the Armed Forces and OCONUS, I would suggest getting five pawns from somewhere else than from the horses mouth. You might actually get your order.

Been meaning to update this for the solid fact that Five Pawns has retained a customer. After the wait, and all the emails, they sent my wife my original order of samples with 3 extra sample bottles, and a free bottle of Reserve. I think I can affirmatively say that this company is awesome!!!

They are doing what a responsible vendor would do. I applaud them as well.

(Just hope you're not stuck on one of those latest budget cut monsters. Shallow water weapons with deep water protection. Fair winds and following seas, bruddah).

Glad to hear you got the order. I am unsure if it would have been good or bad, had I known about vaping on deployment. Obviously better for my heatlh but I probably would have been
