It looks like you need to charge them up. I just got mine out of the mailbox this morning and it's been on the charger for about 10 minutes and it's still charging so I assume they are shipped uncharged.

I was checking out the florescent lights in my studio today. Was way cool! Then I looked at the board and all its fancy lights and I had to take the glasses off! Didn't wanna trigger any flashbacks!
