i own neither of these two device, so everything i know is just wat i found online.

dunno abt x-cube2, but i came across pretty much problems regarding snowwolf mini. u can't adjust the wattage/joule on the sn mini in TC mode, u just set the temp limit n vape on it. n there's sm complained about its firing button malfunctioning, it seems that u have to press the fire button twice in order to get it to work.

but ofcos, if u don mind not been able to adjust watts/joules in TC mode, it shouldn't bother u as u can still vaped with it. n abt its firing button, maybe someone received a bad batch. anyway, i do like the looks of the SN mini.

here's a thread on SN mini:

Ive done enough research and have narrowed it down to these two mods....

Can I get opinions please!

Pros and Cons from people that have them would be nice.

Ready... set... GO!

I don't know the SW mods, but if the xCube Mini is finally out there thanks for the reminder... I've been waiting for user reviews. I do have the xCube II.

I like the fire bar on the SMOK, though some may not. YMMV.
The xC Mini, SMOK Treebox and subsidiary Kooper 200 (though not the older Kooper Mini 75w) have the Ti and SS modes pre installed, as well as close to all of the user adjust options of the xCube II. I'd still prefer the full schmere and the square display of the xCube and xC Mini.
And of course... that means no messing about with the still dodgy BEC App.

I believe the TC was corrected on the xCube several revisions ago, though I haven't run tests myself.
And the xCube, like the SW apparently, lacks direct wattage control in TC modes. Instead it has a 5 level "initial hit" or "ramp up" setting (and single/dual coil setting). Different... but it works.

Just curious... did you reject the VTC? Mine's working well for SS.
Still wanting the xC Mini as well though.

:p

I have the double fire issue on the snow wolf mini and its probably just my unit. It happens very seldom and maybe 3 times a day while chain vaping. I still look the look and feel of the device. It performs very well with my Smok TFV4 Ti mode, Crown Uwell SS coil in Ti mode or power mode, and Melo 2 tank. My other TC mod evic mini vtc gives me issues in temp control at times but is very comfortable to hold. At home I use the wolf mini exclusively. When im out filming events I like the size and stealth-ness of the evic mini vtc.

Very good info... Thanks! I saw a video not to long ago where the reviewer (and I hate that I forgot which device and video review it was!) set 100watts on Ni Mode. From the lung hit the reviewer was taking, the device never even reached up to 100 watts. It makes sense why xCube and SW removed the wattage control on TC mode.

Also, I was originally going to consider the VTC mini, but I went for aesthetics and the possibly of needing the extra 62 degrees lol

Ended up going with the Snow wolf Mini. Love this little thing. It's a SOLID mod.

I do have to double click the firing button every once in a while and there is a little gap that makes the battery cover move around, but those little things dont bother me.

The current build I've done, is a 26 ga Kanthal, 1/8" dia dual coil on 9 wraps. Pushing 0.62 ohms. I started Vaping @ 7am today, and I've only used 1/3 battery life..

Tomorrow, my local shop Vape Citi in Fullerton will be doing a Nickel build for me, and giving me some tips on building it since im a rookie to TC.

I'll report back if I come up with any issue- big or small.
