There will be some naysayers, and I dont know if they ship to Germany, but maybe this will help for people in the US. I have been using E-liq.com. Their pricing structure is a bit bizarre, but youd be looking at around $50-80 for most of their juices for 1 gallon (a gallon is over 3800 ml). The absolute worst case scenario, youd be looking at $150 for a gallon but youd really have to work hard to spend that much (marijuana flavor - no THC, 48 mg nicotine, max PG is the most expensive flavour and that would cost less than $150 for a gallon). I just ordered blueberry with a 60/40 VG/PG 3 mg nic and paid $70. You can of course buy in smaller quantities, 1 liter (1000 ml) is between $20-30. You are going to be hard pressed to find prices any lower than that.
There are two negatives with this company, aside from the negative press they have gotten about chemicals in their liquid (of which, I believe most of it is nonsense), the liquid will gunk up coils so if you are using prebuilt coils, I wouldnt go this route. If you are building your own coils, expect to clean them every other day. Second, expect to contact their customer service by phone or email because for whatever reason, the order gets lost in the ether. But every time Ive contacted them, they have promptly found the order and got it shipped to me.
