It's not a Vision spinner, but madvapes has their Majestic ARO kit for like $52. It's the kit I just started on and came with 2 ego winder 900mah batteries 2 ARO bottom coil tanks and a charger. The batteries have held up just fine the 2 weeks I've been using them, and I've quite enjoyed the tanks in rotation with a protank 2.

I can't comment on US prices for a Spinner....but an evod or mini protank on top of one is a great set-up.
