Retailing has always been hard. The FDA complicates things horribly. The internet and Amazon makes it harder and the nature of vaping seems almost insurmountable in the long run. I do DIY. The cost of ingredients for a year is $30. My prefered mod costs $25. My atomizer costs $7. A $5 spool of wire will last me about 4 years. If I wasn't stockpiling my direct cost to vape wouldn't need be more than $100 a year after a few hundred up front. Cigs cost 3 grand a year. Take away the FDA and it's still going to be hard. The vape shops around me are slow these days. I'd say there are a few too many shops on top of everything else.
