Graphic Signature needed

I'm going to be running a new contest soon that requires people to add our logo to their signature. I was hoping someone with some graphic design skills might be able to put one together for us.

It's not much but I could offer 2 X 30ml bottles of e-liquid in payment.

Doh! I knew about the 25k limit but not the actual dimensions. Mine is 438 by 64! Shall rework/resize now.

If you have the file that they used to print the cards a lot can be done, there isn't much to work with.

If you go to the site and save the banner it is better quality than the card that was posted.
