I don't know what I am doing wrong I still get a gurgle in all my tanks- Iam careful not to get it down the center post and if do I clean it out- Using Viva Nova-Protank,Protank mini2 ,Davide Mini and regular size. All gurgle.

Get a rba or anything else with a side drag, no more gurgling ever.

Oh the gurglin. How I hate the gurgling!

Are you over-filling the tanks? Sometimes mine gurgle and spit when I do that. Also try not to tighten everything super tight. Just tight enough.

Seems like the common denominator is your vaping style.

Try long, slow and soft drag vaping. The gurgle should be gone after so many vapes.

If every clearo you use has the same problem (flooding) i'd guess the juice you use is too thin or your inhale technique is too hard/rapid.

Is there something I should be doing different when filling also? I put the liquid in put on the atomizer and smoke-should I prime it somehow?

    Very likely your vaping technique.
Bottom coil and top coil tanks work significantly different so finding a common design fault is highly unlikely.
Suction draws liquid, to much suction would soak wicks.

Power on 1/2 second before taking a draw. (allows coil to start heating)
Draw lightly and a bit longer.
Power off 1/2 second before stopping draw. (removes excess vapor/condensation)

On clearo's dry the air tube with twisted napkin TP or paper towel. Part of refilling / daily matinance is ensuring air tube is dry.
Top coil you can blow through to clear excess, blowing through a bottom coil can pressurize reservoir making flooding worse.

For a nova or evod, I suggest adding a flavor wick. Simply remove the air tube and lay a piece of wicking material on top of the coil (silca or even a small piece of cotton ball rolled to the diameter of a silica wick and the length of your current wick.
