Halo G6 to a Halo Triton

Hi guys, I have been using the Halo G6 since I started out vaping, I have now just ordered a new Halo Triton starter kit. I was just wondering what are the main differences I will notice when I switch from the G6 to the Triton system.

Were you using carts or mini tanks with your G6?

For me, I use the mini tanks with my G6.The differences I see from the smaller to larger tank would be the draw.Which I feel also effects the amount of flavor in a vape.The mini tanks have a tighter draw than the Triton tanks.

If you were using carts, I would say the flavor is gonna stand out more.Even with an airy draw the flavor from a tank is much better than that of a cart.That's just my opinion.

Then of course there's bigger battery= longer battery life and big tank= less filling

Hi I have been using the carts so far, so the tank will be new to me. I ordered one of the big batteries also, the 1300 mah, and a few different juices to see what I prefer. I ordered the kringles curse, sub zero, and tribeca, I have heard loads about those flavours.

Longer battery life and the tanks are easier to clean, refill, and use. Less refilling with the 2.4ml tanks. It's just less hassle and better vapor.


And I'll give you a money saving tip here....

The Halo Triton coils are identical to Kanger T2 long wick coils. You can find the Kanger coils easier and MUCH cheaper than the Halo coils, usually around half the price.




BTW, I've got my Triton filled with Kringle's Curse sitting right in front of me now. Kringle's is my favorite mint/menthol juice.

Yes, any T2 coil will work in the Triton Tank...here is the cheapest I have found.

Also, any Kanger T2 tank will work on the Triton battery but will leave a slight gap.

The Triton will somewhat depend on the resistance of the coils...I prefer a warmer vape so I use 1.8ohm coils. With the Triton tank you will be able to experiment with different ohm coils.

I wonder why Halo still hasn't cloned the T3S tank yet. Seems if they were going to clone the T2 they may as well clone the bottom coil T3S as well. The one thing that bothers me about Halo is their lack of a bottom coil option.

Halo was one of the first companies I ordered juice from. Tribeca is very good, I have about half a 30mL bottle left. Midnight Apple is good too. They don't tell you what the PG/VG ratios are so you get what you get.

Their juice prices are a bit high but are high quality.

I also ordered a few extra tanks to keep different flavours in, for ease of use etc. The only mistake I made was I ordered the 18mg which I now think is a bit too strong if a throat hit, I was a Marlboro Light smoker so I am used to a light throat hit, just ordered a 6mg Tribeca, just to see the difference. If that's to light I was thinking if mixing the 6mg with the 18 which should give me a similar hit to a 12mg. I'm thinking that might work anyway. I'm very new to all this a still finding my feet, but all the help and fast responses on here is amazing. Thanks guys.
