    Hi,

Just bought Halo Triton, and the manual is saying that liquid in the tank should not go below 2 ml. But the capacity is only 2.4 ml, so do you guys keep refilling it all the time? Basically, you need to refill it after 0.4 ml all the time? Am I missing something here?

    Thanks.

You will be missing something. We don't have Halo, but unless something is odd about their clearomizers, you can vape them to under half full before even thinking about topping up. If they have the coil in the base (as opposed to the mouth piece end) you can do 80% empty or even more.

sounds like a misprint and should probably be .2 they look like regular old kanger t2's on the website. when the liquid gets lower just remember to tip em a lot to keep the wick in the head wet.

    Great!

I used a re-hashed T2 (dual coil, totally wicked) for a while in the summer. It worked quite well down to 1/4 full or less.

Keeping the wick(s) wet is the key. :) If the wick is taking up the liquid, you can get to almost empty.

The manual does not say, "liquid in the tank should not go below 2 ml".

The manual says, "The Triton system will perform best when the tank contains 2ml of e-liquid or more continuously. This ensures the heating element will remain moist and extend the overall life of the coil. The Triton can certainly be used with lower e-liquid volumes in the tank, however the system then depends on the wicks to absorb liquid into the coil."

The coil assembly is towards the top of your tank. After a long draw, simply invert the Triton to immediately get juice to the coil assembly so it's ready for the next draw without depending on wicking up from the bottom of the tank. I usually refill my tanks when they get to the 0.8ml line. I refill to about 2.3ml.

Ah I see, I was a bit confused by the fact that you had to have so much e-liquid all the time.

I fill mine when they are about half empty, I have gone down lower and have not had an issue, no change in vapor or taste.
I also have 4 xl g6 cartos, so I can have 6 flavors available
Allthough I do like the tanks better.

As others have pointed out, the manual recommends keeping the tanks filled above the 2ml level. They certainly work just fine with less, though. That said, I've noticed a big difference in vapor production when the tanks are fuller. For most people, I suspect, it isn't always practical to be filling constantly.

Tilt and swirl. As long as you keep the wicks wet close to the coils, you'll be fine.

I usually wait until I'm down to .8ml before topping off.

Also, if you have more questions, or just wish to hang out, HALO has their own sub-forum here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/halo/

I missed that too! I got my triton yesterday and thought that to be odd too, but just misread it. Glad I searched for this thread :)

I've been using a Triton for the past month, and I refill mine when it gets down to around 0.7mL to 0.9mL, but I've used it while it was as low as 0.4mL with no problems (obviously I twisted/turned it to get the wicks soaked when it was that low).

I've had a Triton for several months. Don't leave home without it.

You can vape them until the tank is empty as long as you use the Twist and Twirl to keep the wicks wet. I do it every time I plan on changing the flavor in the tank. The one thing you have to do is make sure you keep the wicks wet and give it time to resaturate between each puff. Hit it too fast too soon and you'll get a nasty tasting dry hit.
