Morning Everyone !

Wanted to give Halo users a 'heads up'.

I sent an email to Jay yesterday regarding the caps not staying on the glass bottles.

As usual, Jay replied within the hour.

Apparently when I initially screwed the cap back on I overtightened it. Somehow stripped it.

They are VERY aware of this situation and are working with their vendor to remedy it.

For me, this is just another example how Halo is all about us, their customers !

If you have not tried their juice you are missing out on the best!

Yeah I've done that to a couple of bottles. Not to much of an issue for me personally but still good to see that they are working to fix it.

Yeah, I did that too (overtightened it). Now it screws on but it's all crooked.

Glad to hear they're trying to fix that!

If you carefully cut the outer white part of the cap off (the part that makes it childproof), you are left with a slightly see-through cap that will tighten just fine.

When I close up my bottles, I twist them counterclockwise until it sits flush, then tighten them until snug. No need to crank them down tight.

RedAlert...if I purchase more juice before Jay finds a fix....this will be helpful.
