So I dropped my hana modz v3 yesterday and nearly broke my heart. I called hana modz and explained my issue. They were so friendly and told me I could bring it in for them to take a look at it the next day! Luckily iam somewhat local. When I walked in a nice gentleman came to help me and said he would be able to fix it. 10 minutes later he came back with my dna all fixed and ready to go. He also took time to show me the newer dna40 which seems to be an absolute game changer in regards to regulated mods. This amazing customer service coupled with a spectacular American made device makes for a top notch company. Thanks Hana Modz
