HC flavors quality

i am just wondering, some of your flavors are said "oil based" on your website, what does that mean ? means PG based, that's right?
could you tell me which flavors could contain diacetyl ?

Hi,

We have 3 based flavors: oil based, water based & water oil based.

All of our flavors are highly concentrated, no PG or VG, no diacetyl neither.
