I heard the same thing about coffee, but how can drinking/vaping something that is in a liquid form dehydrate you. I think it just makes your mouth feel dry and you want to drink more water.
Chain vaping feels like it dehydrates my tongue but that's because of the heat/steam making leather out of my taste buds.

yesterday I was wearing jeans, 2 shirts and a hoodie, and 3 pairs of socks and a blanket (but I'm still having issues with low body temps)

I will definitely take a sweatshirt and my son has jackets I can throw over it. I always travel with jeans cuz ya never know
