Pretty new to vaping at around 6 months. MTL and more into flavor than large vapor volume. Using fairly mundane equipment. Just Istick 30W with Kanger subtank, using 1.2 ohm coil. Also sometimes just use a Kanger T3s with an ego battery. Do rebuild the T3 coils and use the RBA tank in the Subtank. Down from 18 mg nicotine to 6 MG now. Considering lowering it to 3 MG soon.

Went from smoking a pack a day for 40 years to not smoking at all.

Definitely feel better since I stopped smoking. Was always active anyway but now sleep better at night and get less tired from activity. Was generally in decent health with high blood pressure controlled by medication. Even the BP has decreased a bit so the Doctor lowered dosage of BP medication a couple months back.

Also improved taste and smell. Not going back to smoking for sure.

Go progress. Looks like your learning from the bottom up like the old timers. Your ready for DIY if you think you would like it.
