I'd say you would be looking for a combination of minty blueberry cotton candy and then maybe adding some maltol or 1% Linalool...

Or

Maybe TPA blueberry extra, CAP cool mint with koolada

All guesstimates but not a bad place to start..

Is it a popular flavor? I have been able to find some pretty decent clone recipes of some of the flavors I like. I definitely had to tweak them but they are usually good building blocks if you can quite place a flavor or a quantity

OSDIY has a blue raspberry slushie flavoring that might be a good base. I mix it with koolada sometimes to give it a minty kick.

i was thinking about linalool to but i cant find some!!!
TPA blueberry extra is perfect but to weak!! koolada is good and also cotton candy!
