Ok I'm new to this hole vap thing . A friend of mine told me about this product so I thought I'd give it a go .
I went to a local vendor and purchased this starter kit and a few juice flavors I thought were ok
I'm alittle sketchy on this hole PG and VG thing still learning about that anyway . I been doing this vape thing for about 9 days now and I'm feeling some seriously weird side effects
Chest pains , feels like a bad burning sensation in my lungs , I have had several real bad headaches and this very of being really light headed .
Am I doing something wrong ?
Are these normal side effects for vaping ?

Also just a note :
I stopped vaping for 2 of the nine days and noticed I was fine
I'd really hate to throw all this stuff away I just bought , cost me close to
$200 .... So what am I doing wrong or is this normal because if it's normal and it's gonna make me feel light headed and headache all the time I'm not sure this is a product I would continue to use .
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Welcome and glad you joined. Sounds like you have some advanced vaping equipment (not a waste, you may use it properly soon). Might want to start out reading information below and begin with the basics.

"There is a strong compulsion in many people to assume that all/any new medical symptoms must be related to their new electronic cigarette usage. In 99% of cases these are found to be normal symptoms of tobacco withdrawal which they were unaware of - such symptoms are very wide-ranging and can occur for up to six months. In some cases, a full check-up reveals there is an unrelated medical issue. Finally, some symptoms are due to intolerance to a particular brand of e-liquid or type of ingredient."

As I said I stopped vaping for 2 days and noticed no burning chest sensations or anything which leads me to believe I'm doing something wrong or something is wrong somewhere .
Just had my phyical a few weeks ago so I'm fine .... As I said I hate to dump $200 in the trash , but if this is how it's gonna make me feel not to sure how I feel about it now or if it's for me , or if I wasted my time and $$

Hate to be negative but this really is a concern because on day 5 I was vaping while driving and got so light headed I had literally pull over out of concern because I couldn't focus on the road , that has never happen to me before , is this how this stuff is
And how it effects people because that's scary , it really is
Sorry for all the questions
Just trying to figure out what the problem is and weather or not I should pursue using these products . Just want to add the E juice stuff I bought aren't the cheap stuff they were like
$22-$30 a bottle

Do you feel the same way when you've vaped the 0mg stuff?

Your symptoms do sound like too much nicotine, but with 0-3mg that shouldn't really be the problem.

What coils/heads are you using, and what power/temperature are you running them at?

It does sound like you've been soaked on the cost of your gear - those juice prices are a total ripoff...

Yes I feel the same , headache , burning chest pain , light headed etc
Vaping both the 3mg and the 0mg
Am I doing something wrong ?
If this stuff is making me feel this way
Did I waste my time and $$
I'm really on the fence about all this
This hole attempt at this vaping thing hasn't started out well in anyway for me that's why I'm seeking help on weather I'm wasting my time or not or if these products are even for me in the first place

You shouldn't be feeling that way from vaping coming as a smoker to 3mg or at all at 0mg.

There is a possibility that you're displaying a sensitivity/allergy to something in the flavourings.

So, to get this straight - you feel this way after vaping even 0mg juice in multiple flavours?

You might have to do a process of elimination - vape some 0mg unflavoured VG juice and see how you feel - there's no reason at all for that to produce any of the symptoms you're describing.

Don't forget that switching to vaping is a lot more than just replacing the missing nicotine - there are something like 4000 chemicals in burning tobacco, and suddenly giving those up can cause some weird symptoms for a short time. See - "quitter's 'flu".

Sorry to hear your problems @Flaguy50, but as others have stated, not sure why you might be experiencing those symptoms. One of my first thoughts was level of nic, but that should not be a problem. As far a ceramic coils, I tried them once and didn't care for them, so that is not in my realm of knowledge. You might try a kanthal coil maybe at higher ohms.

One thing that did come to mind is how I started. I tried to vape like I smoked, light one up and take upwards of 15 or more hits in about 5 minutes. While it did not give me any of the symptoms you describe, I found it not to be very enjoyable. I soon learned to spread out those 15 hits over an hour or so and have stayed with that since and find it very satisfying. So you might try taking a hit or two at a time and then picking it up again when you feel the urge.

And one last "food for thought", do not disregard the possibility that it is something unrelated to vaping that something in your vape or how you vape is bringing to the forefront. While "20 years smoking" does not indicate you are old, you clearly are no longer "a kid". A visit with your health care provider would not be unreasonable.

Good luck and hope you get it figured out.
