Hi and welcome to ECF. It is not really possible to say what strength you need to start vaping with because of so many variables. You need to experiment with a few different strengths and find what works best for you.

Nicotine Levels to use can Vary Widely depending on Many factors.
Perhaps the Biggest is the type of e-Cigarette you use, the Type of Coil that is in an Atomizer, and the Wattage that you tend to Vape at.

12 mg = 20 cigarettes
18 mg = 30 cigarettes
24 mg = 40 cigarettes
